Start with the conversion point
Count applications, replies, screens, interviews and offers. A weak reply rate is a different problem from repeated final-round rejection.
Career decision guide
If application volume keeps rising but replies do not, sending more of the same application is not automatically progress. Treat the search like a funnel and find where credibility is breaking down.

Compare the jobs you target with evidence you can actually show. If the route is a stretch, changing the CV wording alone will not close the gap.
A weak CV can suppress conversion, but so can bad targeting, unclear evidence, location mismatch, compensation mismatch or simply poor market timing.
Tighten the target, strengthen one proof point or change the application strategy, then watch whether conversion improves. Do not change everything at once if you want to learn.
